&lt;p&gt;On a serious note-&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You have been very inspiring to get me out cycling these past few months. I think twitter does help remind people to do things! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I remember your courses and encouraging people to come for a walk and get away from a computer for a while - I see this as a big thing in resetting the brain.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I love seeing the elliptical trainer tweets, I can imagine you spinning about thinking about the world and discussing why that trainer could go faster if attached to a sling shot&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hopefully we catch-up soon.&lt;/p&gt;
