&lt;p&gt;In your 3rd statement for example, I get:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Byte	TotalValue&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3	0xF3&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2	0x01&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1	0x10&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What am I doing wrong?&lt;/p&gt;
